Binding
You want to bind? Have interest in binding? First, some tips. DO NOT USE ACE. Sure, it may be easier to get, but it does a number on your body. From cracked ribs, deformed ribs, and fluid in the lungs, it is not a good idea. But, then again, I am a hypocrite. Anyways, Never bind more than 8 hours a day, give yourself a day or two break from binding (I suggest weekends), and listen to your body! Can't breath = take it off. Hurts = take it off. Don't ignore your body. If you can get a professional binder, GOOD. Same rules apply. Buy it from a credible source. Research into the one you want. Figure out your size. But, most importantly, TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. Now, let's say you can't afford one right now, or it's not safe, so you're using Ace bandages. Don't wrap them too tight, be careful with which ones you're using, and wear them for AT THE MOST 6 hours, even less if you can. I am using Ace bandages at the moment, but I am working towards a binder. Please take my advice, dudes, please. Be safe and have a good one!

Tucking
So this is an interesting topic definitely. Lets start with the basics, so when tucking it's important to be comfortable. NEVER!!! continue something that is painful. It's not worth the pain trust me. So how I usually tuck is with wearing two pairs of underwear over each other. tucking between my legs in an comfortable position. This way its padded and your causing no trauma to your body. Its important to be safe and using tape and or other constricting and hurtful methods could endanger your health.
