Body Care
Okay so I'll start with hair and skincare. Always take care of yourself good health is important and if you think starving yourself and or taking other measures that are not healthy to get to a state of well being that you like this is not the place for you. When it comes to taking care of your hair try not to do anything damaging and comb it twice a day. Flat ironing and curling should always be after hear care products are applied. As long as you follow those you should be fine on your hair. For your skin it can get a little more complicated. Start with exploring skin care plans. You want to exfoliate and cleanse your skin twice a day and always moisturize. Other things that can help could include drinking hormone balancing teas and or other methods of helping balancing your body.
Me personally I exfoliate in the morning and moisturize, Drink a cup of spearmint tea ,and drink three cups of water. Exfoliate before bed and moisturize and drink a cup of spearmint tea and drink three cups of water before going to bed.
Then onto body stuff. Hygiene is important wash your body everyday. clean under your nails and other parts of your body you usually forget about. Exercise is good for the body I love to dance my heart away in my room listening to my favorite song and relaxing. Exercising is good for not only burning body fat but also relieving stress. Every day I drink eight cups of water it's important to stay hydrated. Having the right amount of water in your body means your body has what it needs to work . When it comes to a particular diet you don't need anything fancy but cutting those extras snacks out of your diet can do wonders for your body. Stretching is great for improving circulation. Trying yoga out is a good idea. Coffee can be bad for you so try to cut it down if you are a hardcore drinker again tea is a good substitute and still has caffeine to run your day. Other than that don't be afraid to explore how your body works, finding that diet that makes your skin glow just right or finding something that's not only good for your health but helps you relax a bit. Every one has their ups and downs we are human after all.
MtF or FtM transitioning no matter what your health is important and goes before almost anything. Never purposefully harm yourself. Although starving yourself seems like the answer to your weight loss it only brings harm to your body. I know how it feels I was hospitalized for bad health and malnutrition from years of starving myself .I dropped into the double digits in weight and I withered away. It felt so wrong to eat and so right to feel the hunger pains and waves of nausea that followed. I´m better now and since I´ve gotten help for my anorexia and since have gotten my weight back up and although I have troubles sometimes in the end I love myself ten times more than before. Same goes for anything else not just anorexia but overly tight binding, bulimia, any forms of self harm ( cutting or other forms) and so on. If you do have these disorders or habits GET HELP your not alone and it´s not to late.

Transitioning is considered one of the most important things. These are my tips:
- Dress to be comfy and confident
- Take care of your body
- Do not deprive yourself of necessities because of what your goal is
- Try to stay as healthy as you can be
- Never let anyone hurt your feelings with their negative comments; It is not there place to tell you how you should look/act
- Do not let yourself be put down by ANYONE (friends, family, peers, associates, random people)
- Keeping your body happy will help in the long run
These are just my tips, so if you find some other things that helps then by all means DO WHAT MAKES YOU COMFORTABLE.
